Shipping & Ordering

-When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. It then takes between 4-11 business days for your beauty item to arrive at your home.

During busy times, shipping can take up to 5 business days.

- How much does delivery cost?

We are proud to offer free shipping on our store, for USA, France and some countries, for other countries, they will see it at the cart!

- My order is not complete!

As we have different storage locations and we work with different producers, you may receive your beauty items in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

-I didn't receive my order

Our average delivery time is 4-11 days. Some packages may take a little longer than that.

However, if you still haven't received your package within 20 business days of your order, we will issue a full refund.

Contact us at sav@littlejy.com to report the non-received product.

- Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or change email to sav@littlejy.com.

Please note, however, that it is possible, depending on the time you placed your order, that your order may be processed more quickly. In this case, we will need to check with our logistics department first to see if your product has already been shipped, if it has not, cancellation will still be possible. If the shipment has already taken place, we will not be able to cancel the order. You will need to request a refund within 14 days via our website through our contact form or by emailing us directly at contact@littlejy.com

- The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in case of a design defect, contact us at contact@littlejy.com with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. The description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)

3. A photo or video

You will not have to send the product back and we will directly refund your order amount in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify).

- I am not satisfied with my item and would like to return it.

Don't worry! You can return your item up to 30 days after receiving it.

To do so, log in to our Return Portal using your email address and order number.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please note that during specific periods, delivery times may be slightly extended due to an increase in the volume of packages shipped or a slowdown with the carrier. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still want to get a refund for your order, we can of course make the payment, in case the appeal is made within 30 days from the date of order and the affected product(s) are not on sale.
